Open repository for causal graphs

Open Causal is a platform for sharing, discussion, and exploration of causal graphs. Open Causal will function as an open registry for causal graphs, where researchers can publish their graphs in machine-readable format with an open licence and receive a DOI. Other researchers can search, comment, clone and modify existing graphs, fostering an open discussion on assumptions and enabling reuse of the models. The platform facilitates community-driven curation and iterative evolution of graphs. Open Causal transforms once immutable supplementary materials into interactive open research objects. Findable.
Search among thousands of nodes and edges from hundreds of graphs. Every graph gets a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), making it citable.
Accessible.
Download graphs in various formats. Import the graph object directly into your favorite statistical software via our API.
Interoperable.
Graph structures and metadata follow the Open Causal Graph Data Standard, communicating swiftly with other platforms.
Reusable.
Leverage existing causal knowledge. Don't start from scratch.
